The AUT Running Mechanics Clinic has now relocated to new purpose built facilities at the new National Training Centre located at the AUT Millennium Campus. These developments have taken place as part of a joint venture between AUT University and Millennium Institute of Sport and Health.
As part of these new developments the RMC has all new equipment that makes us the most advanced facility in New Zealand, and up there some of the top international facilities. Despite these advancements, our services are still available for all members of the sporting community, from the novice to the elite.

RMC's revolutionary 3D Gait Analysis System is finally here! This motion capture technology is usually reserved for high performance athletes or Peter Jackson's Gollum, but now we've made it available to all.
Using this state-of-the-art 3D Gait Analysis System we can accurately measure your movement patterns in all three planes of movement for the pelvis, as well as the hip, knee and ankle joints. This is the most accurate assessment tool for running and walking available in the world today, and we are the only location in New Zealand to offer this service.
